Pricing

Pay only when agreed successful transactions begin.

The public baseline is 4% + US$0.40 per successful transaction. It applies only after the product, operating path, responsibilities and final terms are agreed.

When the fee applies

Application and onboarding do not trigger the transaction fee.

Successful transaction

A customer transaction completed under the agreed NineLogix operating path and treated as successful under the final agreement.

No transaction fee

Submitting an application, completing admission or configuration, and failed or cancelled payment attempts do not trigger this service fee.

Refunds and disputes

Fee treatment after a refund, chargeback or dispute, including any third-party charge, follows the final agreement and applicable rules.

What the service fee can include

High-level support under an agreed operating path.

Exact responsibility depends on admission, provider availability, contracts and final scope.

Commercial operations

Operate the agreed seller-of-record transaction path and customer-facing responsibilities within approved capability.

Checkout and payment operations

Operate agreed checkout, payment-result, billing, invoice and transaction-record workflows.

Refund, dispute and reconciliation coordination

Coordinate approved refund and dispute workflows, then reconcile transaction and fee evidence for settlement reporting.

Conditional MoR operating path

Act under the agreed MoR transaction arrangement only when required business, provider, contractual and production approvals exist.

May be separate

Some costs sit outside the NineLogix service fee.

The final agreement will state which costs apply and how they are handled. These may include:

  • Payment-provider fees
  • Refund or chargeback costs
  • Applicable taxes or tax-service scope
  • Risk reserves
  • Foreign exchange and banking costs
  • Special provider or partner costs

What affects final terms

Scope changes with the product and operating path.

  • Product category and delivery model
  • Customer countries or regions
  • Payment methods, currencies and provider eligibility
  • Transaction size, volume and refund exposure
  • Subscription, usage, API or credit complexity
  • Special risk, reserve, tax, FX or banking requirements

This page is a public pricing baseline, not the complete operating agreement. It does not provide legal, tax, banking or payment-channel advice.

Confirm fit before any transaction fee can apply.

Start with an access application. No real selling workflow begins until the product, path, responsibilities and terms are explicitly confirmed.
