These Terms govern your use of NineLogix websites, commercialization services and any order placed through a checkout that identifies NineLogix as the legal seller.

NineLogix Global Commerce Limited, 12th Floor, Infinitus Plaza, 199 Des Voeux Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong operates NineLogix. By accessing our services, submitting an application or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked at checkout. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
NineLogix provides review-first Merchant of Record services and supporting global-commerce workflows for accepted AI and digital products. Product, market, payment method and billing-model access remains subject to review, provider requirements and written approval. An application or assessment is not approval and does not guarantee a particular market, payment method or launch date.
The legal seller for an order is the entity named at checkout and on the order confirmation. For an accepted NineLogix MoR transaction, NineLogix is the sole buyer-facing legal seller: it accepts payment and administers the applicable order, transaction-tax, cancellation, refund, complaint and dispute obligations. Where a separate service expressly names another merchant, that merchant is the seller and NineLogix acts only in the disclosed infrastructure role.
You must be legally capable of entering a contract and provide complete, current and accurate information. You are responsible for account credentials and activity under your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. We may request identity, business, product or transaction evidence where reasonably required.
Displaying a product or price is an invitation to order, not acceptance. A contract is formed only when the named seller confirms acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order for pricing errors, unavailability, sanctions or restricted-category concerns, suspected fraud, legal requirements or provider rules. Any captured payment for a cancelled order will be reversed or refunded.
Prices, currency, billing interval and applicable taxes are shown before payment. You authorize the displayed charge through the selected payment method. Banks or payment providers may apply conversion or other fees outside our control. Where NineLogix is the legal seller, it handles transaction taxes to the extent stated at checkout and required by applicable law.
Digital products and services are delivered using the method and timing stated in the offer or confirmation. You must provide a working email address and any information reasonably needed for delivery. Unless the offer permits it, access is personal, non-transferable and may not be resold, shared, reverse engineered or used unlawfully.
For recurring services, the price, billing frequency, trial terms and renewal date are disclosed before purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not normally create a prorated refund for the current period. Instructions in the account area or order receipt apply, subject to mandatory law.
Our Refund & Dispute Policy forms part of these Terms. Please contact us first so we can investigate delivery, duplicate billing or product issues. This does not restrict your right to contact your bank or exercise mandatory card-network or consumer rights. Fraudulent or abusive claims may result in access suspension.
You may not use the services for illegal, deceptive, infringing, abusive or harmful activity; to evade sanctions or payment controls; to distribute malware; or for a prohibited or unsupported product category. NineLogix may review, reject, limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary for compliance, security, fraud prevention or operational safety.
NineLogix and its licensors retain rights in the website, workflow, software, content and branding. You retain rights in material you submit and grant us a limited licence to host, process and review it only as needed to provide, secure and improve the services. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to submitted material.
Payment providers, banks, hosting suppliers and product providers may supply parts of the service under their own terms. NineLogix is not responsible for an independent third party’s acts or availability, except where NineLogix is expressly the legal seller and applicable law assigns responsibility to it.
We use reasonable care but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Application reviews and recommendations are informational and are not legal, tax, banking, investment or payment-processing advice. Except for rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, services are provided on an “as available” basis.
Nothing excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, NineLogix is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or loss caused by unauthorized use. For business users, aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid to NineLogix for the affected service in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these Terms prospectively and will publish the new effective date. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably practicable. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, legal or provider requirements, security risk, non-payment or discontinuation of a service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and the Hong Kong courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections in their place of residence. Questions or complaints may be sent to contact@ninelogix.com.
