NineLogix provides a review-first commercialization workflow and, for approved products, may support a Merchant of Record or reseller payment path. Access is not automatic and may be limited, paused or refused.

These terms govern access to NineLogix services and the reviewed commercialization and payment path.

Customer and merchant responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, protect account access and respect product, intellectual-property and restricted-category requirements.
Orders and delivery
An order is accepted only when the checkout confirms acceptance. Digital delivery details, timing and support instructions are shown with the applicable offer.
Fees and taxes
Applicable prices, service fees, currency and tax treatment are disclosed in the relevant offer, checkout or commercial schedule before they apply.
Refunds and disputes
Refunds and disputes follow the published Refund & Dispute Policy and mandatory consumer law. Partial refunds are not supported unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Risk controls
NineLogix may review, delay, reject, suspend or cancel access where necessary for compliance, fraud prevention, provider requirements or operational safety.
Liability and availability
Services are provided subject to reasonable operational availability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
