What does NineLogix do?
NineLogix helps AI and digital product founders prepare for global selling. It helps organize pricing direction, checkout needs, billing model, refund and dispute expectations, policy materials, customer trust signals and operating next steps. For suitable products, NineLogix may support a managed Merchant of Record service path.
Who is NineLogix for?
NineLogix is for founders building AI tools, AI agents, APIs, Micro-SaaS, developer tools, plugins, knowledge products and other digital products that can be delivered online and need a clearer path toward international customers, paid transactions and operating responsibility.
Can early-stage products apply?
Yes. Early-stage products can apply when the product direction is clear enough to understand what it does, who it serves, how customers receive value and how it may charge. You do not need to have every policy page, billing detail or market assumption finished first.
When do I pay?
You pay only when successful transactions begin under an agreed operating path. The standard NineLogix global selling operations service fee is 4% + US$0.40 per successful transaction.
What does the transaction fee include?
The transaction fee covers NineLogix global selling operations support for suitable products under the agreed path. This may include payment collection support, checkout preparation, Merchant of Record services, transaction operations and commercial readiness support. It is not a marketing fee and does not promise sales growth.
How does the process work?
Start with a commercialization assessment. NineLogix reviews the product context, commercial stage, customer path, pricing direction and risk signals, then recommends the next useful commercialization step. If the product can move forward, deeper materials can be confirmed later.
What happens after I apply?
NineLogix usually follows up by email within 1-3 business days. An application creates no merchant account. If review is completed and portal access is needed, NineLogix sends a separate one-time account activation invitation. Until then, applicants cannot self-register.
Do I need a finished product?
No. A prototype, private demo, beta product or launched product can be reviewed if there is enough context to understand the customer problem, delivery model and possible pricing. A product with only an idea and no concrete product direction may need more preparation before review is useful.
Do I need Terms, Privacy and Refund policies?
Not necessarily. If you already have Terms, Privacy, Refund, Acceptable Use or support materials, share them. If they are missing, NineLogix can identify which customer-facing materials should be prepared later. This is not legal, tax, banking or payment-channel advice.
How are refunds and disputes handled?
Refunds are handled based on actual transactions, product context, customer communication, applicable rules and service terms. For disputes, NineLogix can assist with transaction information, communication and dispute workflow coordination, but it does not promise to absorb unlimited refund, chargeback or dispute risk.
How are taxes handled?
NineLogix may provide transaction tax handling support where applicable, but it does not promise global tax agency or complete tax representation in every market. Specific responsibilities depend on the service agreement, product context, buyer location, sales channel and applicable regulations.
Is NineLogix a payment gateway?
No. A payment gateway mainly connects payment methods. NineLogix is a commercialization and global selling operations workflow for suitable digital products. It helps founders prepare the commercial, operational and responsibility layers around selling, not just the payment connection.
Is NineLogix an AI company?
AI supports NineLogix workflows, analysis and preparation. The customer-facing service is not an AI model subscription; it is a commercialization workflow that helps digital founders organize the path from product to global paid operations with human review and clear boundaries.
