Is NineLogix a self-serve payment tool?
No. NineLogix is not a self-serve payment button, open payment processor, wallet, stored value service, automatic clearing system or automatic payout system. Products must be reviewed before they can move toward setup and checkout launch.
Is NineLogix a Merchant of Record?
NineLogix supports a review-first MoR / reseller path for approved AI and digital products. Product acceptance is not automatic, and every product must pass onboarding, product, risk and operating review before launch.
What does reseller path mean?
For Chinese founders, reseller path means NineLogix may help structure a reviewed sales path where the product can be sold through an agreed commercial operating setup, instead of the founder immediately building every overseas merchant, checkout, billing and dispute workflow alone.
Which products are a good fit?
AI tools, AI agents, Micro-SaaS, APIs, developer tools, plugins, extensions, knowledge products and creator tools may be a fit when the product, pricing, delivery, refund responsibility and target markets are clear enough to review.
Can I sign up and start accepting payments immediately?
No. NineLogix is application-first and review-first. If the product appears to fit, NineLogix may invite you to complete merchant account setup, documents, terms and checkout preparation before any approved sales workflow goes live.
When will I get a merchant account?
A merchant account is created by invitation only after initial review indicates the product may fit the NineLogix operating model. It is used for documents, terms, product setup and checkout preparation, not instant public registration.
Do I pay before approval?
NineLogix does not charge a Setup Fee before approval. Final fees and terms are confirmed in writing after onboarding review and agreement confirmation.
Is NineLogix suitable before I have revenue?
Possibly. Early products can apply when the product, target buyers, pricing direction, delivery model and support responsibility are clear enough to review.
What is the Setup Fee?
The Setup Fee covers initial checkout configuration, sales setup, refund policy setup, billing flow, risk rules and settlement reporting setup for approved products. It is not charged before approval.
Does NineLogix handle global tax filing?
NineLogix does not promise to solve every tax obligation in every market. Tax, platform and regional obligations vary by product, buyer location, sales channel and risk profile, and final responsibilities are confirmed during review and agreement.
What happens if my product is rejected?
A rejection means the product does not fit the current service scope or risk boundary. It is not a judgment on the founder or the product's long-term potential.
How is NineLogix different from Stripe, PayPal, Paddle, or Creem?
Stripe, PayPal, Paddle and Creem are different kinds of payment or commerce infrastructure. NineLogix is positioned as a review-first commercialization and MoR / reseller path for selected digital products. We may evaluate infrastructure categories and operating paths, but we do not present listed providers as official partners unless a formal relationship exists.
Do you support splits, subscriptions, refunds and disputes?
NineLogix can support reviewed workflows for subscriptions, refunds, disputes and settlement reporting where they fit the approved operating model. Split payment, settlement and deduction details depend on risk review and agreement terms.
What products may not be a good fit?
Products involving illegal activity, high fraud risk, finance, medical claims, legal advice, crypto, adult content, gambling, restricted substances, sensitive data misuse, scraping or account automation may be rejected, limited or paused.
What happens after I apply?
NineLogix reviews your product, sales model, target markets, checkout needs, refund exposure and risk signals. If there is an initial fit, we may invite you to create a merchant account for documents, terms, product setup and checkout preparation.
