1. Are you selling to Korea, or operating a business in Korea?
Selling to Korean customers concerns the buyer market, checkout language, currency and payment experience. A Korea-based seller selling abroad instead needs an eligible business and settlement arrangement for its destination markets. A Korean-language website or a Korean wallet logo does not answer both questions.
In a NineLogix application, describe the actual operator, product, buyer countries, billing model and delivery method. Do not form a new entity merely because a generic article assumes it is required; establish the requirements for the actual business and payment path. Application and account registration do not approve collection or launch.
2. Does a card form cover Korean payment expectations?
Do not assume that a generic card form and a local wallet are interchangeable. Kakao Pay describes a flow involving method selection and customer authentication; Naver Pay distinguishes a payment integration from its broader order service. For digital content, check the appropriate service rather than copying a physical-goods checkout.
Ask which buyer-facing methods are available for your reviewed Store, the supported transaction currency and amount range, and how the buyer returns from authentication. Kakao Pay and Naver Pay are examples to evaluate, not a promise that every NineLogix Store has them enabled. A method’s public documentation is not evidence of your Store’s approval.
3. How should price and billing be presented?
Explain the full price, currency, included entitlement and access period before payment. If a KRW price is approved, keep the product page, selected Price and Checkout consistent. Do not silently convert an existing USD plan or treat the displayed currency as the merchant settlement currency.
A one-time purchase of 30 days of access is not an automatically renewing subscription. If recurring billing is proposed, confirm the specific method and Store support separately and make renewal, cancellation and refund terms clear. Do not infer recurring capability from a successful one-time payment.
4. What should a small launch check prove?
Open the actual purchase entry from the product page on desktop and mobile, including the browser buyers will use. Check the selected plan, authentication return, cancel/back path and a useful support route. A published payment link that has not been placed in the sales journey does not demonstrate an installed integration.
For automatic delivery, map the verified order to the correct customer and grant the correct licence, quota or access period once. Verify signatures, order identity, amount and currency, and duplicate-event handling. HTTP 200 means the endpoint accepted a request; it does not prove that the customer received the product. For manual delivery, define an owner, delivery time and order-linked completion record instead.
Separate Test and Live evidence. Technical readiness is required, but an actual pre-launch payment is not a universal NineLogix requirement. If it has not occurred, track the first permitted live order without inventing a successful sale.
5. What if the buyer returns but the order is unresolved?
Do not grant access based only on the browser success page. Keep pending, failed, expired and paid distinct; investigate an uncertain outcome before asking the buyer to pay again. Naver Pay’s integration FAQ specifically warns that a timed-out approval request may have succeeded and calls for reconciliation rather than an immediate retry.
Provide the order or session reference, time, Test/Live mode and a redacted error description through the agreed support route. Keep delivery and usage records for refund or dispute review. Never send secret keys, identity documents or full payment credentials in an ordinary support message.
6. Which acquisition evidence should decide the next step?
Begin with a narrow Korean-language use case and a working product demonstration. Show what the buyer receives, not just a list of payment logos. Treat the following as a measurement plan, not an existing analytics guarantee: landing-page visits → qualified application or trial → purchase entry → payment result → delivered entitlement.
Compare the same time windows and distinguish low traffic from payment failures or unprocessed delivery. Where tracking is missing, label it unknown instead of reporting zero conversion. Improve the observed weak step before spending more on acquisition.
7. What can NineLogix confirm for this business?
NineLogix reviews the business, digital product, rights, target markets and operating responsibilities before confirming Store-level payment and settlement scope. For approved transactions, NineLogix is the disclosed seller under the agreed Merchant of Record arrangement; the product partner retains its agreed product, delivery and support responsibilities.
Prepare the product or demo URL, proposed price and billing model, intended Korean buyers, delivery process and refund/support contact. Explain any existing traffic or integration problem. Payment-method availability, fees, settlement currency, timing and destination eligibility follow the reviewed arrangement, not a general market article.
