How it works
Your customer checks out and pays. Under an approved MoR operating path, NineLogix is the seller of record for that transaction, records the payment and invoice, coordinates the agreed tax and customer-operation responsibilities, and reconciles the merchant payable amount.
The customer sees the approved offer, price, currency and payment methods, then completes payment through a NineLogix-controlled checkout path.
Payment attempt recorded
NineLogix records the order, payment event and invoice or receipt under the agreed seller-of-record arrangement. The customer-facing descriptor is confirmed before launch.
Transaction record
Approved billing, subscription, refund, chargeback, dispute and transaction-tax responsibilities follow the final agreement and available production capability.
Operating evidence
NineLogix reconciles transaction and fee evidence, reports the merchant payable amount and settles according to the agreed cycle, currency and approved destination.
Merchant reconciliation
The public application comes first. If admitted, NineLogix sends a private invitation; account activation, KYC/KYB, and onboarding details are then completed in one guided workspace. There is no open self-registration and no second application.

Review and accept suitable products, act as seller for approved transactions, and operate the agreed checkout, billing, refund, dispute and settlement path.
Business admission, KYC/KYB, risk and payment approvals remain mandatory, but are managed as controls rather than a merchant-facing maze.
KYC/KYB, product rights, risk review and payment approval remain real controls. Available methods and markets depend on the accepted product, transaction profile and upstream-provider rules; approval of one product does not automatically approve every product or market.
Start with a short application. If the initial fit is confirmed, the guided onboarding path follows.
