FAQ · Going to Russia · Part 3

After a Russian customer pays, how does the money reach the merchant?

A practical AI-tool example covering application, Store configuration, Checkout, digital delivery, reconciliation and settlement. The goal is not merely to add a payment button, but to make every order deliverable, refundable, reconcilable and settleable under approved terms.

Assume your AI image tool already receives Russian traffic and users want to buy credits. Use the following steps as a launch checklist. The example explains the operating logic; actual products, methods, fees, currencies and settlement accounts remain subject to review and final agreement.

Step 1: submit a real business that can be reviewed

Prepare the product or demo URL, operating entity, product use, target users, pricing model, delivery process, refund policy, support route and intended settlement account. The evidence should answer what the buyer purchases, what is delivered and who handles refunds or disputes.

NineLogix is application-first. The business, product and proposed transaction scope are reviewed before capabilities are assigned to an approved Store.

  • • Product URL and clear description
  • • One-time, credits or another reviewed pricing model
  • • Digital-delivery method and evidence
  • • Refund, support and settlement contacts

Step 2: configure products, prices and disclosures by Store

The Store is the operating boundary for launch and payment assignments. Products, prices, routes and launch status do not automatically carry across Stores.

A Russia-facing page should clearly state the product, RUB price, one-time nature of the purchase, delivery timing, refund rules and support route. Do not present Russian subscriptions as generally available today.

Step 3: publish a stable Checkout and validate the first order

An approved product and price receive a stable NineLogix Checkout entry; the server creates a short-lived payment session for each purchase. Eligible one-time RUB Stores may be assigned SBP and Russian Bank Card, subject to Store review.

A browser return is not final payment evidence. Accept a verified signed notification, or reconcile an unknown result through a controlled provider query.

Step 4: deliver the digital entitlement

After payment confirmation, link the order to the account, credits, licence, API quota, game item or content access. Paid and delivered are separate facts.

Keep the order ID, user identifier, delivery time, entitlement quantity, usage and exception records so a refund or dispute can be investigated.

Step 5: reconcile before merchant settlement

Treat paid, delivered, reconciled, settled and paid out as separate states. Match the order, payment, delivery, refunds and disputes before calculating the amount due under the merchant terms.

Confirm settlement currency, minimum threshold, maturity period, batch day, bank costs and destination-account eligibility for each Store. The current approved Russia path uses one-time RUB orders and may use a USD settlement basis under confirmed terms; it is not a promise of instant USD withdrawal to any account.
