NineLogix is therefore developing its earlier Shenzhen founder exchange into a recurring event: “Fireside Conversations: AI Going Global and Cross-Border Payments,” a Friday evening tea salon designed to make thoughtful, practical exchange easier to reach.
Payment is not the final button in an AI product's launch
Connecting Checkout is only the beginning. Payment habits vary across markets, and the same method can behave differently depending on currency, issuer region, authentication, subscription rules and risk controls.
After payment come order confirmation, digital delivery, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, fee review, merchant settlement and income records. Going global requires more than the ability to collect. It requires an operating view of collection, payment success, customer outcomes, fees, reconciliation and settlement.
The salon will not present one universal formula. Participants are encouraged to bring products, cases and open questions so the discussion can focus on what fits the current stage, what should be prepared early and which risks should not wait until transactions begin.
What we will discuss on Friday evenings
Topics may include cross-border collection and local payment methods, payment success and decline diagnosis, refunds and customer disputes, chargeback evidence, product and channel fit, subscriptions and recurring billing, fees, reconciliation, merchant settlement and the management of overseas sales income.
Each session can start from current industry developments or questions brought by participants. The goal is not to cover every topic every week, but to examine a small number of real issues with enough context to produce useful judgment.

This is not a one-way lecture or a networking event built around exchanging business cards. NineLogix intends to keep the group small so everyone can ask, respond and share first-hand experience.
Founders can hear how payments practitioners understand a transaction chain; payment and global-operations professionals can better understand how digital-product teams build, price and deliver. That cross-over is often more useful than a prepared presentation.
