Business description

  • NineLogix is a review-first Merchant of Record for suitable AI and digital products.
  • For accepted transactions, NineLogix is the disclosed consumer-facing seller and operates the checkout, billing, refund, dispute, transaction-record and supplier-settlement path.
  • Every product must pass product, risk and setup-path review before launch.

Product / service scope

  • Standard initial-assessment categories include AI software and agents; SaaS and web applications; APIs, developer tools and plugins; video, audio and digital media; e-books, courses and knowledge products; design assets, templates and downloads; information and data services; and memberships or creator access. Games, virtual goods and digitally delivered professional services require enhanced review.
  • Products involving illegal activity, high fraud risk, finance, medical claims, legal advice, crypto, adult content, gambling, restricted substances, sensitive data misuse, scraping or account automation may be rejected, limited or paused. Agentic products that perform actions on behalf of users, trigger paid usage, start subscriptions, spend advertising budgets, move funds or consume high-cost resources may require enhanced review.

Customer and buyer flow

  • The product owner applies to become a NineLogix product partner or supplier.
  • NineLogix reviews the product, risk profile, setup path and payment-path suitability.
  • A suitable product may enter invitation-only setup.
  • Approved products can proceed to checkout configuration and payment-path onboarding before launch preparation.
  • Operating terms and settlement expectations are confirmed before launch.
  • End buyers may purchase approved digital products through an agreed checkout / MoR setup only after setup.

Review and risk control

  • NineLogix reviews product category, pricing, product claims, refund/dispute exposure, customer support readiness, policy readiness, target market and payment method category, restricted category signals, and ongoing monitoring needs.
  • NineLogix may pause, limit or remove products that create excessive risk or fall outside the agreed operating path.

Refunds, disputes and support

  • Refunds, chargebacks, disputes and complaints are handled under NineLogix policies and the merchant agreement.
  • The product partner must perform the agreed technical fulfilment, provide product support and maintain truthful product claims.
  • NineLogix remains the buyer-facing seller and support entry point, and may require delivery proof, support records, rights evidence and customer communication from the product partner.

Settlement and deductions

  • Settlement timing, reserve, refunds, disputes, taxes, platform fees, FX and banking fees may affect final settlement.
  • Final terms are confirmed after setup and agreement.
  • This page does not promise fixed settlement timing, no reserve, or a specific tax outcome.

Operating model and activation controls

  • Access is application-first and invitation-only. Each organization, product, market, payment method and billing model is reviewed before activation.
  • NineLogix maintains provider-neutral product, price, order, payment, subscription, refund, dispute, reconciliation and settlement records while upstream payment-provider identities and credentials remain internal.
  • Provider availability, production activation, limits and settlement terms are controlled per approved product and route; no single approval automatically enables every product, market or payment method.
