- NineLogix reviews product category, pricing, product claims, refund/dispute exposure, customer support readiness, policy readiness, target market and payment method category, restricted category signals, and ongoing monitoring needs.
- NineLogix may pause, limit or remove products that create excessive risk or fall outside the agreed operating path.
Refunds, disputes and support
- Refunds, chargebacks, disputes and complaints are handled under NineLogix policies and the merchant agreement.
- The product owner must support delivery, troubleshooting and truthful claims.
- NineLogix may require delivery proof, support records, policy pages and customer communication.
Settlement and deductions
- Settlement timing, reserve, refunds, disputes, taxes, platform fees, FX and banking fees may affect final settlement.
