Buying through NineLogix
Understand who supplies your product, who sells it and where to get help before you pay.
Who is the seller?
For a purchase whose Checkout and order confirmation identify NineLogix as seller, NineLogix Global Commerce Limited is the Merchant of Record and legal seller. The product partner supplies or licenses the product and provides product support. A Store listing or an external link alone does not make NineLogix the seller of every purchase on that website.
Before you pay
Start on the product website, sign in if required and select the product and plan. Check the final amount, currency, billing interval, delivery and refund terms in Checkout. One-time access and an automatically renewing subscription are different offers. Coming soon is a preview, not an available NineLogix purchase.
Recognizing your payment
Keep the order confirmation and order reference. The payment descriptor may differ by payment method; use the seller and order details shown in your Checkout and confirmation to identify the transaction. We do not promise that every bank statement will use the same wording.
Where to get help
Contact the product provider for features, account access and technical support. Contact NineLogix for orders sold by NineLogix, payment concerns, cancellations, refunds or delivery escalation. Include the order reference and payer email, never passwords or complete payment credentials. A cancellation request is not automatically a refund.
