Cancel a subscription

Unchecking consent during Checkout does not cancel an existing subscription. Use this page to request cancellation of a subscription you already purchased.

When cancellation takes effect

Submit the request before the next renewal. After we verify the subscription, cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid period and no further renewal charge will be initiated. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund.

What to include

Order or subscription reference from your receipt
Email address used for the purchase
Service name and a clear request to cancel

Request subscription cancellation

This opens an email to NineLogix Support with the cancellation subject prepared. Cancellation is complete only when NineLogix sends a confirmation.
